The patient said he likes to rate things out of 10 and gave the sling 10/10. He stated it was comfortable being hoisted in the sling, he felt secure, he did not feel constricted, he said he could breathe well, and the process of sling insertion (rolling on the bed) and hoist transfer was smooth. The sling really does have comfortable, cooling material.

I just wanted to mention about how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable you are and are always willing and ready to help. Our pupils here are very complex and it is invaluable to me that I know I can email or phone you to ask a question. We have found the Silvalea customer portal a great help to us here… The live visibility of stock is a major aid to help us keep customers informed on lead times, pricing, and product availability. The ability to view all our orders and see exactly what stage they are at also helps us to inform our warehouse of incoming deliveries and in turn keep our customers updated on where their orders are in the pipeline.
