Description

The Compact Lift and Rise Armchair has been developed to reduce the risk of pressure sores and enables the user to sit or recline in comfort. The additional forward tilt function creates an easier transposition between seated to standing. This form of transfer eliminates the need for transfer slings and aids giving the user more independence. Leverage grips built into the armrests give the user something to grip during the transfer.

Can also recline to leave the user in the supine position. Independent back, seat and lift functions. Front castors and rear locking castors. Back-up battery capability.

The unique air comfort seating system makes this chair ideal for those with pressure difficulties.

Four PU air bags are located in each lift chair from the headrest to the footrest and help to distribute pressure more evenly. The seating section is manufactured with a premium foam which supports the air cushion and the air cushion is then overlaid with fibre pillow fabric. The headrest and footrest airbags are overlaid with sections of bonded Polyester.

The chair is covered in a medical fabric which is waterproof, antibacterial and is mildew resistant.
